<生活大爆炸>（英文：The Big Bang Theory 簡稱：TBBT）是由馬克·森卓斯基執導，查克·羅瑞、比爾·布拉迪編劇，吉姆·帕森斯、約翰尼·蓋爾克奇、卡蕾·措科、西蒙·赫爾伯格、昆瑙·內亞等共同主演的美國情景喜劇。最早是於2007年在哥倫比亞廣播公司（CBS）播出。

2007年，那時候剛畢業兩年。記得從大一的時候就開始追美劇，如<橘子群男孩><越獄>。後一年的<生活大爆炸>引入國內時，身邊的會英文的好友推薦給我，當時她看的還是無字幕的，不會英文的我總是無法找到笑點。
